Delivery Rates & Free Delivery

• Orders over $200: Standard delivery is Free.
• Order under $200: A small delivery fee of $10 applies to standard shipping.

Free delivery threshold ($200) applies to the subtotal amount after any discounts or promotional codes are applied, excluding taxes.

Delivery or Branch Collection at Checkout

• During checkout, you can choose to have your items delivered or collect them from a Middy's branch. 
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
• Please note that remote or regional areas may require additional transit time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a direct link to track your order via our delivery partner.

Delivery Address & Re-Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays and non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
