What is a Middy's MEGA Rewards Card?
Your Middy's MEGA Rewards Card is a Digital VISA Reward Card used to receive and spend your cashback.
This card is issued and managed by True Rewards, our digital rewards partner. True Rewards securely delivers your card, manages activation, and handles any card-related support.
Once activated, your MEGA Rewards Card can be used anywhere VISA is accepted, giving you full flexibility on how and where you spend your cashback.
What is a Companion Pass?
Alongside your VISA Reward Card, you'll receive a Middy's Members Pass (also known as a Companion Pass). The Members Pass:
- Links directly to your MEGA Rewards VISA Card
- Displays your live cashback balance
- Sends push notifications when cashback is added
- Keeps you updated with other eligible Middy's Members offers.
Both the VISA Reward Card and the Members Pass are stored in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access.
How To Receive Your Cashback
Your cashback is automatically loaded onto your MEGA Rewards Card after you make an eligible purchase.
How To Activate Your Card
Activation takes just a few minutes:
- Look for the activation link sent via email or SMS from True Rewards(check junk or spam folders if needed).
- The link is unique and single-use, sent to the primary account contact.
- It can be forwarded internally to the appropriate business member to complete activation.
- Verify your identity using the one-time passcode (OTP)
- Add your Digital VISA Reward Card to your Apple or Google Wallet.
- Once added, you will receive a prompt to also add your Middy's Members Pass, which displays your live balance.
Cashback may take up to 2 business days to appear once your card is activated.

What if my invoice includes other brands?
Cashback is calculated only on eligible Clipsal & Schneider products on that invoice.
Is there a Cashback limit?
Yes. Cashback is capped at $700 per trade account for the promotion period.
When will my Cashback appear?
Cashback usually appears within 24 hours after your transaction settles and your card is activated.

Promoter
- The Promoter is Middendorp Electric Co Pty Ltd (ABN 12004798270) trading as Middy's at 357 Ferntree Gully Rd, Mount Waverley, VIC, Australia, 3149 ("Promoter").
Offer Period
- The offer commences on 2 March 2026 at 12:01am AEDT and closes once all advertising material relating to this offer has been removed online & in stores by the Promoter. Claims are only available whilst the offer is advertised.
Eligible Customers
- This offer is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over with a valid Middy's trade account.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- To be eligible to claim the cashback offer, a claimant must, during the Offer Period, spend a minimum of $500, in a single invoice (excluding GST) on any Clipsal and Schneider branded products (each an "Eligible Product") using their Middy's trade account and make this invoice via an eligible Middy's sale channel (see list of eligible Middy's sale channels under section 5 below) ("Qualifying Purchase").
- For the avoidance of doubt, multiple invoices cannot be combined to reach the minimum spend threshold. Where an invoice includes both Eligible Products and non-eligible products, only the value of the Eligible Products will be included in the calculation for the cashback.
The cashback offer is calculated based on the eligible Middy's sale channel used when making the Qualifying Purchase. Every valid claimant that makes a Qualifying Purchase during the Offer Period will be awarded the relevant cashback offer as follows:
5% cashback on the value of their Qualifying Purchase up to a maximum of $700 if the Qualifying Purchase was made via the following Middy's sale channels:
- The Middy's myAccount app; or
- The Middys myAccount website (middys.com.au)
Maximum Cashback Claim
The maximum total cashback that can be claimed per Middy's trade account during the offer period is $700.
For the avoidance of doubt:
- Where a single Qualifying Purchase would result in the cashback offer exceeding $700, the maximum cashback offer received by that valid claimant will be $700.
- A claimant can make multiple Qualifying Purchases, however no claimant will receive more than $700 in total cashback value. For example, if a claimant made three (3) separate Qualifying Purchases, which individually would reult in a $300 cashback (and together $900), only $700 will be received in total cashback value.
Cashback offer cannot be transferred between Middy's trade accounts.
Cashback Offer Fulfilment
- Successful claimants will be notified via email. After completing their first Qualifying Purchase, successful claimants will be awarded one (1) iGoDirect digital Visa reward card (or equivalent) to the value of the cashback offer received. Any further cashback offers received by a successful claimant throughout the Offer Period will be automatically awarded to their existing iGoDirect digital Visa reward card, up to the maximum balance of $700.
- iGoDirect digital Visa reward cards will be issued via email and include instructions on how to activate and use them.
- The cashback balance on the iGoDirect digital Visa reward card may take up to 24 hours or longer to appear once activated.
- iGoDirect is responsible for reward fulfilment and all cashback offer enquiries.
- Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the iGoDirect digital Visa reward cards are not included in the reward. Any unused balance of the iGoDirect digital Visa reward cards will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the iGoDirect digital Visa reward cards is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the iGoDirect digital Visa reward cards.
- Subject to clause 8.2, this offer may be combined with other Middy's offers. If a claimant is not certain whether the offer can be used in conjunction with another Middy's offer, they may check with the Promoter at the time of claiming the offer.
- This offer does not apply in conjunction with the Middy's Madness offer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Instructions on how to claim and the cashback offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimant's (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the offer. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- If any Qualifying Purchase is returned or refunded (other than for faulty or defective goods) and the total spend received during the Offer Period for the Eligible Products falls below $500, the claimant will be deemed ineligible to claim the cashback offer.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If, for any reason, a claimant does not redeem a reward by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the reward will be forfeited.
- If any reward is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the reward offer with a reward to the equal value and/or specification.
- Cashback offer is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified.
- Claimants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this offer (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of a reward.
- The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, reward suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Participation is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All claims become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy).
