Course Description:
The Certificate IV in Electrical Instrumentation provides you with the skills and knowledge to select, install, commission, fault find and maintain equipment and systems for the control of plant, machines and proceses.
Duration and Mode of Delivery:
Stage 1: Theory
Theory completed online, self-paced. Hours vary pending required units per students (approx 70hrs pending electives selected.)
Stage 2: Practical - Up to 2 weeks
Practical completed in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne training centre. Intensive practical assessment requiring students to utilise our live functioning equipment to meet the requirements of the training package and gain valuable hands-on experience.
Prerequisite:
Students must hold current "Unrestricted Electrical Licence" or its equivalent issued in an Australian state or territory and/or UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician prior to enrolling.
